March is Youth Art Month! To celebrate youth artists, The Memphis Medical District Collaborative is hosting a t-shirt design contest where young people can submit designs that could be used during our summer Career Academy for youth.

The former director of the UrbanArt Commission is opening her own contemporary art gallery, and she wants it to be a place everyone feels welcome.

At HireLocal, we walk with our students beyond their CNA certifications. That walk continues beyond their first job. We are here when they need us.

Called Crosswalk Zebras Memphis, the campaign deploys citizens dressed in zebra suits to busy streets to draw attention to pedestrians crossing the streets.

This program provides grants up to $5K to residents, business owners, neighborhood associations, and community organizations to make the District a safer and more accessible place.
