Called Crosswalk Zebras Memphis, the campaign deploys citizens dressed in zebra suits to busy streets to draw attention to pedestrians crossing the streets.
This program provides grants up to $5K to residents, business owners, neighborhood associations, and community organizations to make the District a safer and more accessible place.
