Cleveland Street is one of the most trafficked corridors in the City of Memphis. MMDC, and our partners at LRK, engaged the neighborhood for input across three nodes of Cleveland St. to create the Cleveland Corridor Vision Book. This is not a plan. Rather, it's a playbook for potential developments and enhancements along the street, a living document that takes into account the activity and possibilities along the corridor to transform it into a more accessible, inviting, productive, and legible thoroughfare.
