In a stunning collaboration with Memphis City Beautiful (MCB), the brand-new Peabody-Vance Neighborhood Association Pole Banners have been officially installed, splashing the streets with vibrant, undeniable pride! This project was fueled by a dedicated $25,000 grant secured in partnership with MCB. MMDC's Kirkwood Vangeli has been leading key neighborhood revitalization efforts since his arrival four years ago. These banners are more than just markers; they are powerful symbols of unity, signaling both better walkability and a vibrant neighborhood brand.

We are already looking ahead, with Madison Heights set to receive the spotlight in 2026.
